Introduction


This course aims to enhance the understanding of the concepts of Forced labor and its identification in supply chain, enabling participants to practical knowledge of various forms of Forced Labor and understanding of International regulations and Social compliance standards. Providing practical knowledge to identify, monitor and remediate the issues of Forced labor from recruitment and hiring process to the payments of wages.

  1. To develop professional qualifications in participants to understand forced labour issues and its management to meet the requirements of social compliance system.

  2. To provide understanding of local & International regulations, Laws and Standards applicable to meet social compliance requirements for Forced labor, Human Trafficking and Slavery.
