Accordia is recognized and approved by the Fair Labor Association (FLA), a non-profit organization whose mission is dedicated to ending sweatshop conditions in factories worldwide and building innovative and sustainable solutions to abusive labor conditions.

Some Accordia associates have the distinction as having been approved to conduct compliance training on behalf of the FLA to their membership of over 2,000 licensees that operate or source from factories in over 100 countries.

In Malaysia AGC Far East Sdn Bhd. is conducting FLA audits as Accordia local office to conduct independent and unannounced audits of factories in order to evaluate compliance of all code elements and verify companies’ internal compliance efforts.

FLA audits helped improve workers’ lives as we hold affiliated companies accountable for FLA codes implementation across entire supply chains systems. Worker’s life is also improved as we consistently conduct external assessments so that consumers can be assured of the integrity of the products they buy.
